We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Support Coordinator
to help us care for our growing client base of SMEs. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly between our sales, installation and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
Pre-sales and after sales support for our existing customer base
Support the sales team by updating our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), managing quotes, and assisting with internal marketing campaign follow-ups.
Liaise with customers to collect information and provide onboarding materials (GDPR, financial data, etc.).
Coordinate communication across departments for seamless customer experiences.
Managing maintenance contracts and supporting with chargeable works
Conduct post-install care calls and assist with ongoing account management, booking renewal and account management meetings for the security consultants in the field.
Location:
This role will be predominantly working from home, but training will be conducted in the Crewe office and regular meetings after onboarding will be held face to face in the Crewe office - approximately once per fortnight.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
Proficiency in a CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite vital, Adobe acrobat and Docusign proficiency preferable.
Important To Note:
This role is partly covering a member of staff on long term absence and partly due to growth. We anticipate that there could be a permanent role due to the rapid growth of the business within the next 6-12 months.

Activity and results based commission structure which is uncapped and we project will equate to 6k+ per year.
