Position Summary:





As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation of your account teams; actively participating by devising and implementing projects and timelines and taking responsibility for driving specific activities.




Responsibilities:




You will be supporting the Senior Account Manager and Account Director by managing your designated accounts, taking ownership to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and on time Collaborating with cross-functional agency teams, to ensure that all individual projects are proactively, creatively, and efficiently managed through the agency following a client brief and are ultimately delivered to an exceptional standard within the agreed timeframe Managing the day-to-day running of account(s) Providing clear and accurate briefings to everyone involved with project implementation Ensuring regular client update or programme /project progress, and manage any changes to planned activities that may occur Responsible for regular client contact, and prompt and accurate contact/action reports within 24 hours of meeting/discussion Responsible for estimating, billing, and awareness of budgetary status Participating in developing new business pitches Supervising junior members of the team on a day-to-day basis



Skills and Experience

:




Experience as a Senior Account Executive within a healthcare advertising agency environment will be a big advantage Experience in healthcare and digital-first approach will be a big advantage Have an interest in healthcare and enjoy being part of a collaborative team Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Be an active listener and proactively seek out information and problem solve Be naturally collaborative, work well within a team but also be able to work independently Adhere to deadlines and flag any potential issues in advance Be curious about our business, the world at large and what is going on around you Display a keen interest in health and pharmaceutical global communications and a good understanding of the environment in which we work Be self-motivated and well organised Be able to work on multiple projects and demonstrate good time management skills Communicate confidently
