What You'll Be Doing



Own the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals Build and refine a structured sales pipeline and qualification framework Generate high-quality leads by strengthening the company's brand presence Understand clients' challenges and present tailored proposals that add real value Collaborate with technical colleagues to shape solution offerings Uphold brand quality and consistency across all customer-facing materials Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline activity Plan for the future: recruit and lead a Marketing Support Executive within 6-12 months Take a data-led approach to strategy, campaign testing, and improvements

What You'll Bring



Experience in a Account Management / BD / commercial role within a techology based environment Strong communicator who's comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders Highly organised with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Previous leadership experience or a clear passion for guiding and developing others Confidence using CRM platforms, sales tools, and marketing systems A proactive, improvement-focused approach - you want to keep getting better
