As Account Manager you will provide leadership and direction to the BaxterStorey team and be the lead relationship point of contact for the client for all catering services - comprising of 3 retail locations, including 2 hotels.

Our Account Manager will play a key role in shaping the strategy for driving sales, innovation and services forward. This will also focus on optimising occupancy, supporting wellbeing and driving forward the sustainability agenda.

Working closely with the client and other service partners in the business.

  • Overall responsibility for our contractual obligations in partnership with our client challenging and being the expert ensuring we are compliant with contractual commitments at all times
  • To build and retain a highly trusted relationship with our clients and partners, ensuring that we are proactively engaging, listening and promptly acting appropriately and consistently.
  • Building loyalty and growing business opportunities for both BaxterStorey and our client.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
  • Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude, demonstrating gravitas when building relationships
  • Full of energy and ideas that you can bring to our sites and our teams encouraging them to be involved and motivated
  • Have a successful progressive and strategic background in catering, hospitality, retail at the relevant level
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client
  • Excellent understanding of report writing and financial management
  • Hotel background would be an advantage

THE GARNISH:
  • Up to \xc2\xa355,000
  • 5 days a week (5 over 7)
