Hours: 09:00 \xe2\x80\x93 17:30

Requirements:
  • Knowledge or experience of the printing industry
  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of successful account development.
  • A work ethic that drives intense daily customer activity.
  • Experience in proactively building and fostering internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills to optimise time and productivity.
  • Ambition and dedication to achieving outstanding results.
  • The ability to lead by example while maintaining ethical behaviour and integrity.
  • Discipline and a methodical approach to work.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the management of Tier 3 customer accounts.
  • Handling customer queries and directing them to the appropriate support process.
  • Achieving personal targets in new business sales and additional sales.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with Business Development Managers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and prospect records using our CRM database.
  • Staying up-to-date with our portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Completing all sales order paperwork and reporting documentation.
  • Conducting lead generation activities and gathering market/customer information.
  • Adhering to Company Policies and Pricing Structures.
  • Promoting our services and maintaining ethical conduct and integrity.
