Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and innovative organisation. The key focus of this role is to be responsible for managing and growing average contract value across our existing client portfolio and understand clients' challenges to be able to successfully position the Fundpath product suite.

What will you be doing:

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent relationship management and proactive communication. Support the Senior Account Manager in managing client relationships, reporting directly and regularly on account activity, performance, and strategic opportunities Developing a deep understanding of client's business objectives and hurdles in order to position tailored solutions that deliver measurable value Demonstrate commercial agility in closing business opportunities. Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations (in person or via phone) Accurately follow processes and report activity in Salesforce CRM, sales pipeline forecasting and proposal preparation Build a strong working knowledge of Fundpath's products, positioning, and the industry we serve. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Insight, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support strategic company objectives. Understand and work towards individual and team KPIs, including revenue targets, client engagement metrics, and activity benchmarks. Provide actionable client feedback to inform business strategy. Assist in preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholder.

What qualities are we looking for:

Successful track record in an account management role within a demanding fast-paced work environment Experience working with the financial services industry and/or B2B SaaS - Sales preferred alongside an interest to build a career in tech and data sector. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent English (written and spoken) European languages and advantage but not a requirement. Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic and an excellent track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Robust administrative and reporting skills. Systematic approach to using CRM tools and providing information requests. Good time management and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and client projects. Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Insight, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support strategic company objectives.
