Ok, you don't have to believe in Father Christmas, but at Click4Assistance a firm belief in excellent customer service is essential. You will become the primary point of contact for your clients, answering incoming calls and emails to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will ensure timely escalation of technical enquiries to the appropriate people and manage resolution. You will assist sales in building strong, trusted client relationships, and cultivate and generate new sales opportunities.
You will use Microsoft Dynamics to administer leads and accounts, and be working in a fun, dynamic, professional team.
Ideally you will have account management experience within the B2B market, having worked for a software provider or internet / SaaS based provider would be advantageous. It is essential that you are IT literate and confident with MS Office and CRM; you will have a positive attitude and resilient mindset, along with a track record of excellent communications & influencing skills.
