We are looking for a new Digital Marketing Account Manager, to join our award-winning Team, based in Bedford. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

About the Role:


As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our client partnerships, working with some of the most ambitious brands in the industry. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping our clients not just hit targets--but redefine what's possible.

This is more than just a relationship role. You'll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and technical specialists to deliver standout campaigns across SEO, paid media, content, and digital PR. We're growing fast--and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities





Build and deepen trusted relationships with key iGaming clients, acting as their main point of contact across services. Have meaningful, commercially focused conversations that uncover opportunities and strengthen stakeholder trust. Deliver seamless, on-brief, on-budget campaigns through expert project management and cross-functional collaboration. Take ownership of Statements of Work (SOWs), managing delivery timelines, risks, and internal expectations with precision. Champion our clients' businesses internally--so we're always aligned with their commercial goals and one step ahead of their challenges.


Implement bespoke account development plans that ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth with the support of your Account Director. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities that add real value, and work with the leadership team to bring them to life. Lead strategy sessions, key account plans, and performance reviews--positioning Receptional as the agency that truly "gets it."


Immerse yourself in our clients' worlds: their goals, pain points, brand personality, and industry landscape. Use this knowledge to steer campaigns, shape service delivery, and unlock smarter, sharper opportunities. Share key insights across internal teams, ensuring everyone is informed, aligned, and pushing in the same direction.


Work hand-in-hand with our SEO, paid, content and PR teams to deliver high-impact, integrated campaigns. Partner with marketing to connect clients to Receptional-led value-adds--events, thought leadership, insight reports and more. Facilitate and drive internal planning sessions, helping teams prioritise opportunities and flag risks proactively. Ensure meetings, reporting, and updates flow efficiently, internally and externally.


Take the lead in onboarding new clients alongside the Account Director and service leads. Set the tone from day one--aligning expectations, defining deliverables, and showing what best-in-class service looks like. Ensure the full onboarding admin process runs smoothly--from research and profile creation to internal kick-off and cadence planning.


Accurately forecast and track client revenue, regularly reviewing spend vs. budget and flagging any challenges early. Support Client Services in refining account processes and systems, ensuring we stay lean, agile, and performance-focused.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise





Passion for digital marketing--and a solid grasp of the fast-paced, competitive iGaming landscape. A confident, consultative communicator with a track record of building relationships and supporting to drive account growth. Knowledge across core digital channels--SEO, PPC, content, social, PR--and the tools that power them (e.g., GA, GSC, Ahrefs). A natural organiser and problem-solver, able to balance multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. Entrepreneurial spirit--you bring energy, ownership, and ideas to the table. You're as comfortable presenting to clients as you are coordinating across internal teams. You're collaborative, proactive, and up for a challenge. In short: you're ready to go all in
