The Role
Were looking for an Account Manager who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive adoption of our platforms, and unlock value at every stage of the customer journey.
Youll act as a trusted advisor, building relationships, supporting onboarding, and identifying ways to deepen engagement and retain clients. This is a consultative, insight-led role focused on growing loyalty and generating warm leads.
The role is primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility. Occasional field meetings may be required.
What Youll Do
Champion our customers guide, support, and inspire platform adoption
Build strong relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
Develop account plans that increase engagement and customer value
Spot upsell opportunities and hand over qualified leads to Sales
Lead onboarding, platform demos, and regular check-ins via video calls
Monitor account health using usage data and customer feedback
Act fast when you spot churn risk own the strategy to retain them
Promote the full Hubexo product range across your portfolio
Keep every customer touchpoint logged and up-to-date in Salesforce
Stay sharp track product updates, customer needs, and market trends
Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver success
Share insights that help improve what we do and how we do it
Be a true Hubexo ambassador proud, professional, and proactive
What Youll Bring

Must-Haves
Proven track record managing customer relationships
Experience delivering ROI and increasing product adoption
Strong grasp of SaaS or subscription business models
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CRM experience (ideally Salesforce)
