What you'll be doing

Deliver against overall team revenue, gross profit (GP), and customer satisfaction targets Manage a small portfolio of personal customer accounts with individual revenue goals Lead customer onboarding, novations, and quotation processes Support closure programs and customer communications across the wider account team Understand customer business drivers and align appropriate solutions to meet their needs Identify and pursue new outbound sales opportunities and prospects Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and influential decision-makers Represent the business in senior-level presentations and meetings Support account managers within the team as needed Drive business growth by closing contracts, managing existing accounts, and monitoring margin Spot and act on opportunities for growth across the team's customer base Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting through Salesforce Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of contacts and opportunities in Salesforce Contribute to and support team campaigns aimed at driving sales and business growth
