The Account Manager is a pivotal member of the ITG team, carrying responsibility for client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation, project management and team support - creating partnerships with our clients. The client is a well-loved hospitality brand, and this role involves delivering a variety of projects across; print production, fulfilment, and delivery. The key focus of the role is to enhance our ways of working to drive efficiencies, whilst supporting the Account Director to communicate, track and achieve all financial targets, adhere to commercial standards, and optimise commercial benefits for our client.
Most of the print buying will be litho and digital, which we hope you can bring your knowledge to and service our client! You'll be supported by a Production team based at ITG's head office, leaving you to focus on providing first-class customer service. On top of that, you'll provide administrative excellence in all invoicing, work-in-progress, briefing and supplier management. You thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client's marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.
