To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Realty Law's clients. Proactively managing and reporting on the Debt Recovery process, with the support of Assistant Account Managers and an Administration Assistant, ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing matters to the point of handover to the Residential Litigation team
Acting as the client's main point of contact, corresponding daily with them both via email and telephone to ensure cases are progressing and expectations are met on both sides.
Providing clear instructions to the administration assistants/assistant account managers
Managing complex disputes with debtors
Reporting to clients on a weekly basis regarding their caseloads and status
Managing the client/matter onboarding process, including carrying out all required checks and ensuring Letters of Engagement/terms of business are completed
Attendance at client meetings and network events
Identifying sales opportunities when they arise
Skills
Professional and pro-active approach.
Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Accurate data recording and attention to detail.
Legal qualification is not essential.
Salary
: 32,500 - 35,000 (full time) depending on experience
