Account Manager - BMS / Energy
Up to 55,000 basic + car allowance / company car + bonus
North West (Bury office) | Office-based with regional travel | Monday-Friday
An opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected building services and energy solutions provider, managing and growing a portfolio of clients across the North West.
This role focuses on developing existing accounts while identifying new routes to market, driving organic growth and building a strong, sustainable pipeline. You'll work across FM providers, M&E contractors, end users and management agents, within a business known for long-term contracts, technical expertise and a strong brand presence.

The Role
This is a consultative, relationship-led Account Management role with a strong commercial focus.
Manage and grow existing accounts across the North West
Identify up-sell, cross-sell and new business opportunities within existing clients
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to regional growth targets
Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close
Build long-term relationships with FM providers, contractors and end-user clients
Collaborate with operational, technical and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
Promote the company's service offering and brand within the region
About You
Proven experience in BMS / BEMS, building services or M&E sales
Background in account management and/or consultative sales environments
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage margin and profitability
Confident engaging and influencing decision makers at multiple levels
Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory
Experience producing proposals, tenders and commercial documentation
Existing relationships within the North West region are highly advantageous
