Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive

Account Manager

to join our growing international team. This role is focused on managing day-to-day client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between national and international clients and our internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain existing international and national client accounts, ensuring all requests and queries are handled efficiently. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any potential issues quickly and professionally. Monitor order progress, logistics, and deliveries, keeping clients fully informed. Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management. Work collaboratively with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Identify new leads and establish relationships and potential sales with this

Requirements:

Strong communication skills. Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support is a plus. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be comfortable meeting clients and appearing in promotional videos and content.
