As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them to achieve sales targets.
Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyse performance metrics.
Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate product offerings and value propositions effectively.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
