The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager with strong marketing, branding, copywriting, and social media experience to join our marketing agency.
You'll manage client relationships, lead creative campaigns, and oversee delivery across internal and freelance teams -- ensuring every project looks sharp, sounds right, and gets results.
This is a hybrid role that blends client success, strategy, and creativity. You'll take ownership of brand storytelling, social strategy, and marketing execution for clients across both Nivo Digital and Booked Wild(TM).
What You'll Do
Client Success & Brand Leadership
Be the go-to contact for your clients -- confident, organised, and strategic.
Develop and present brand strategies, marketing pitches, and creative proposals that win work and inspire confidence.
Translate client goals into actionable project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead and support both internal and freelance creatives, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality output.
Review creative work, ensuring alignment with brand identity, tone, and objectives.
Copywriting, Messaging & Pitches
Write and edit persuasive, on-brand copy for websites, ads, campaigns, and presentations.
Define brand messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and content pillars.
Support pitch development and proposal writing for both client projects and agency initiatives.
Collaborate on storytelling-led content across websites, social media, and campaigns to strengthen brand impact.
Social Media & Asset Creation
Oversee strategy and management for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and brief visual and written content that aligns with campaign goals.
Use AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Metricool, Descript, Zapier, Notion) to streamline production, scheduling, and reporting.
Track and analyse engagement to guide ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Bring
4+ years' hands-on experience in account management, client success, or marketing within a creative or digital agency.
Strong brand development knowledge -- from visual identity and positioning to tone of voice.
Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and on-brand.
Proven experience developing pitches, proposals, and campaign assets.
Confident leading a team and coordinating freelancers or creative specialists.
Solid grasp of social media marketing, trends, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with AI and modern marketing tools for content creation and automation.
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure with great communication skills.
