We're expanding our team, and looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our customer-focused people in our Brierley Hill Office. Although you will be dealing with existing clients, we pride ourselves on sales through customer service, putting the customer at the heart of what we do. Within this role you will be provide a tailored service to our clients, acquire optimal retention numbers and support growth.
40 hours a week
spent between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
Starting Salary:
Up to 38,000 with a quarterly performance-related bonus (Average annual bonus for achieving sales targets 1500 - 7000)

In this role, you can expect to help a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs such as setting up business insurance policies and capturing information, whilst guiding each customer through their individual needs.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on retention of existing clients through providing excellent customer service
Look for all opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our range of products depending on the customers needs
Support existing customers and clients with any mid-term adjustments and renewals information - always keeping your customers' interests at heart
Make and answer calls from clients to gather information, provide updates, and talk through any concerns or questions they may have
Leave the customer happy, with a positive lasting impression and an extraordinary feeling about our products and services
Balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilising a range of systems and working in a supportive, friendly, and agile team
About you
Of course, all training will be provided, and some of the items below may feel a bit alien, however, all will become clear during our in-depth training programme.
Requires
experience as an Account Handler in the Insurance Sector
Desired Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's.
Ability to explain complex language in simple terms, either in writing and/or over the phone
Attention to detail because you'll need to accurately review and assess documentation
Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers
Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout
Computer literate
GCSEs, or equivalent including English and Maths
