We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who is passionate about creating great experiences for our clients to join our friendly Client Services team in Bristol. You'll be a strategic thinker with an understanding of B2B marketing to support the delivery of international campaigns, on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with demonstratable experience managing and growing clients.




You'll be the trusted partner to a variety of ambitious, international clients who will depend on your positive hands on to problem solve by bringing new initiatives and ideas to support their aspirations and grow our business targets. You'll manage delivery on different projects including brand, web, video, online and offline campaigns, taking full advantage of our team of in-house experts to deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations. You won't be doing this alone; you'll have a team of Account Directors and Senior Account Managers to support you - being a team player is a must!




To be successful in this role, you'll have similar experience within a B2B Marketing agency environment and be comfortable with the fast-paced environment that comes with it, handling multiple client accounts and working independently at times. As a strategic partner to our clients, you'll be results oriented with high standards to ensure we deliver quality services. You're a clear and confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:




Develop and deliver on and offline marketing projects, branding, digital campaigns and systems, event and printed collaterals. Understand your clients' aims, business and market, to help deliver creative but commercial solutions. Brief and coordinate the creative studio, our digital teams, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure successful delivery of campaigns on time and on budget. Create detailed and accurate contact reports, estimates, timing plans and other client documentation, as required. Follow quality assurance and operational processes. Providing campaign performance results and insightful recommendations to the client and the Proctors teams. Communicate and be focused on pre-emptive problem solving as well as always managing the expectations of the client. Escalate any issues and opportunities to the Client Services Director in a timely fashion. Travel to client's office, both in the UK and further afield when required.




What you'll need:




Prior B2B marketing experience in a similar role within an agency environment Demonstrable campaign experience across both digital and non-digital, across a host of channels, including PPC, social media, email, display advertising and traditional media. Experience of planning, budgeting, presenting and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication, confident at building rapport with clients and managing their needs and expectations. Skilled at researching and analyzing new business opportunities. Ability to follow quality assurance and operational processes.




Although not essential, it would be a bonus if you had social media experience (LinkedIn ideally), basic understanding of CMS systems - we use Webflow and/or Drupal and CRM systems.
