About the role



ExpoPlatform is a UK-based company founded in 2013 currently providing service in more than 30 countries. ExpoPlatform`s technology is a complete Networking and Matchmaking and a turnkey Event Management System for online, hybrid, and in-person events. The platform provides a suite of solutions for event organizers (including registration, attendee management, event website builder, conference/session/speaker management, floor plan, and venue management) as well as a user-friendly social media type of networking for attendees (delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers) along with video calls in online rooms and mobile apps.

We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of redefining how events are delivered through technology.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in event technology and a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience for our key accounts while also helping to expand our client base. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving both client success and the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:



Work proactively with event organisers at a senior level, identifying opportunities for us to support them in new ways. Develop a clear understanding of our customers' organisations and build strong working partnerships across all areas of the business Using reporting and information to keep the customer up to date, ensuring that you present them with new insights and analysis. Create and action a sales and marketing plan to achieve agreed sales targets. Generate timely reports on account progress including pipelines, portfolio growth plans, and identifying opportunities with an action plan to support. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events, networking on social media as a lead source

Skills we would like you to bring to the team:



Successful track record in growing revenues through proactive sales, with a strong level of commercial acumen Knowledge of the event industry and the digital needs or organisers is desirable High levels of energy, commitment, and tenacity with a strong understanding of the sales/service process and large accounts processes, and buying behavior Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels Creative thinker, positive and persuasive Collaborative, energetic, and comfortable with change Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in CRM software such as Pipedrive or Salesforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
