Areas of responsibility:
Managing multiple accounts
Building relationships with your key clients
Manage the well-being and performance of your client accounts, and facilitating growth
Take ownership and manage client projects from conception through to delivery, on time, on budget and on brand
Full responsibility for your clients complex event budgets from conception through to reconciliation
Scheduling and attending regular review meetings with key clients / accounts
Upselling services whenever possible
Advise and make recommendations to the client
Management and delivery of your clients physical events in addition to occasional virtual and hybrid events
Writing creative proposals and managing the creative response
Supporting the execution of other clients events within Parallel Blue
Work closely with the Global Events & Operations Director and assisting as required
Proactively developing and managing supplier relationships and actively seeking cost saving opportunities
Production of growth strategy for all managed clients
Proactive management of issues that arise with a positive resolution
Objectives:
Retention and growth of client accounts including leading strategy, planning and organisation of events
Maintaining positive, long-term relationships with Clients and developing relationships with key decision makers
To provide efficient administrative support for the events run by Parallel Blue, along with delivering exemplary customer service to all enquiries, clients and partners we work with
Ensuring the profitability and growth of your client accounts

Requirements:
Be highly motivated, astute, strategic and proactive, with a great track record in delivering events for high-profile, large and/or complex organisations
Experience dealing with high profile brands from agency side preferably
Must be creative with a passion for delivering high standards and pushing boundaries
Understand the importance of strategy in the delivery of effective brand communications and creative ideas
A proven track record of developing and maintain strong relationships and generating new business
Proven client management skills as well as experience in responding to client briefs and pitching
Experience of using GRATIS/Venue Directory desirable but not essential
Comprehensive International event project management and delivery experience
