What to Expect


We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Advisor / Account Manager to cultivate and grow our existing client base and help accelerate Tesla's mission. In this role, you will grow long-term relationships with customers already engaged with Tesla through their car policies. Your focus will be to identify sales opportunities and increase Tesla vehicle presence within each corporate account, collaborating with other Tesla teams to ensure our vehicles are accessible and affordable. You will leverage direct engagements, visits, internal awareness, test drive events, and other initiatives to drive adoption and brand loyalty.

What You'll Do


Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with fleet managers and other decision makers.

Account Growth

Develop and implement plans aimed at increasing tesla vehicle penetration from existing customers. Gather data and market intelligence to understand opportunity size.

Direct Driver Engagement

Organise and participate in initiatives such as site visits, internal awareness campaigns, and test drive events to showcase the benefits of Tesla. Gather driver feedback to inform continuous improvement of our offerings.

Training & Engagement

Conduct regular training to account decision-makers and provide updates on product enhancements. Proactively address customer questions and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Service, and Retail to tailor solutions. Share market and customer feedback to inform our future work and improvements.

Performance Tracking

Deliver on KPIs such as contact cadence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on account performance, including sales forecasts and growth trends.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in sales and or managing a corporate account. Demonstrated success in driving order growth from existing accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other account management tools. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in organising events, test drives, or direct consumer engagement is a plus. Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential. Be able to travel to meetings and to visit customers approximately 75% of the week. A valid driver's license. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
