We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Account Manager

to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in account management while playing a key role in supporting our customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound enquiries, ensure clients receive an excellent experience, and encourage them to make full use of the products and services available to them.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and online channels. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively. Proactively encourage clients to draw on available services, ensuring they get maximum value from their accounts. Provide clear information, guidance, and support to customers to increase engagement. Escalate complex queries to senior team members where required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth customer journey. Support the wider Account Management team with administrative and client-related tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience



Some experience in customer service, sales support, or a client-facing role (work experience, internships, or part-time roles welcomed). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Confident, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with digital systems and tools (CRM experience a plus but not essential).
