We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide front line telephone and email support to new and existing customers. You will need to be quick thinking, proactive individual to join our friendly, fast-paced team here in central Tunbridge Wells (2 minute walk from train station). The role is office-based, Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. After a successful probation period the chosen candidate will be included in our team target and commission structure.
No previous Construction or Training industry experience is required as we will provide a full training programme on our bespoke CRM system. However the successful candidate must hold strong communication skills and minimum 1 year experience in a similar telephone based customer service role.
