The Team

You'll be joining an Account Management team of seven, all driven by a passion to meet and exceed customers expectations. With diverse backgrounds and perspectives, we encourage you to bring your ideas, learn and grow alongside us.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Managing sales of our Dairy Culture and Enzyme Biosolutions to direct customer accounts in the cheese and fermented milk market segments. Drafting and executing sales and account strategies to ensure win win relationships with customers Effectively managing the sales pipeline to sustainably grow the business over the long term Meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and profitability targets Building and managing relationships with key customer personnel in Production, Quality, R&D and Purchasing as appropriate Role will involve travel to UK & Ireland based customers (50% of work time)

To Thrive In This Role, You Must Have:

A degree in a food science discipline and/or management experience in cheese/dairy production/development Experience as an account manager (desirable) Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability & proven track record of building strong relationships with customers Strong technical skills in dairy sector A good understanding of cheese/dairy production Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
