Responsible for: Carrying out site surveys, client meetings, and developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Job Summary
The Account Manager will work closely with all areas of the business to provide excellent customer service and bespoke drainage and plumbing solutions. This role involves managing client relationships, preparing quotations and reports, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Site Surveys and Client Meetings
Carry out site surveys and client meetings to understand client requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the client base.
2. Quotation and Report Preparation
Compile quotations and reports, and submit to clients.
Ensure quotations meet client requirements and company standards.
3. Client Communication
Communicate client's requirements to relevant parties within the business.
Follow up on client requests and ensure their needs are met.
4. Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Explore avenues to attract new clients and expand the client base.
5. Account Management
Manage an existing portfolio of clients.
Provide support to ensure longevity of partnerships.
6. Additional Duties
Perform other duties as required to support the sales and operational teams.
Experience, Knowledge & Capabilities
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships effectively.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
