Account Manager (Drainage and Plumbing Industry)

Potential/Realistic Earnings:

40,000 - 50,000 per year including commissions

Basic Salary Range:

Approx 28,500 per year

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing client relationships Knowledge and/or experience in the commercial plumbing and drainage industry Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

Carry out site surveys and client meetings to understand requirements and build strong relationships Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction Prepare accurate quotations and reports, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards Communicate client requirements clearly to relevant teams within the business Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and attract new ones Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing consistent support and service Assist sales and operational teams as needed to deliver exceptional results
