Purpose Summary





You will be making outbound calls to construction professionals, Architects, Engineers, Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project Managers with the aim of increasing our client's specification/enquiry/quotation rates.


Working with a portfolio of high-profile building material providers/manufacturers, targeting residential and commercial projects ranging from 1m to 500m.



The key areas of responsibilities for an Account Manager include:



Making outbound calls Generating an opportunity for our clients to submit a specification/quotation on a live project. Generate CPD presentations for our clients.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications





Essential Skills



Excellent communication skills Strong telephone manner Results driven with a 'can do' attitude Persistent and results-oriented Good attention to detail/accuracy Computer Literate

Desirable



Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems. Previous telemarketing or lead generation experience
Knowledge of the construction process

You will be bright, positive, self-motivated and quick to learn. Excellent attention to detail will be essential for accurate and well-written communications. Tenacious, highly energised, passionate and committed, determined to achieve amazing results and make an impact, delivering to high standards and delighting customers and employees

Principal Responsibilities



Outbound calls to construction professionals, to promote the key features and benefits of our Clients products. Ensure our CRM database is updated and managed efficiently Gather decision makers information and verify project details Send Introductory emails and case studies. Record daily results and KPI's Overcome objections Process appointments/enquiries/CPDs.
