Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Lead sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Utilise Salesforce to track account activity, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the organisation.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management purposes.
