We're seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active Account Manager to help us sell the products we offer. The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to sell our products to Trade and Retail customers.

Basic 22,000 Plus Commission



Objectives of this Role:



Represent our company's products with comprehensive understanding and identify how our solutions meet needs. Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales processes and guidelines. Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call existing or potential outlets. Develop leads and potential customers through prospecting, building rapport, and adjusting sales techniques based on interactions.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:



Manage retail and trade interactions by telephone, email and face to face in Showroom. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities. Identify appropriate prospects, manage interactions, make effective qualifying sales calls, and maintain accounts with detailed notes and updates. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and offer solutions and objection handling. Regularly update the Sales Manager on current prospects, workload, and successes. Achieve sales goals with regular communication with Marketing and Product Development, highlighting potential new products or sectors (e.g., Campers/Vans).

Skills and Qualifications:



3-5 years of sales experience within the Car Industry or Electronics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to sell products and services. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Proficiency in social media and basic marketing. Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data. Knowledge of sales strategy and product sales reports.
