Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, focusing on customers in the

Medway and Kent

areas. Drive

B2B sales initiatives

to achieve company targets and expand market presence. Use

Salesforce

to track client interactions, manage accounts, and prepare sales performance reports. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and client feedback to support product development and service improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and promptly address any client issues. Lead

negotiations

with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications



Proven experience in

B2B sales

, with strong knowledge of the

construction sector

and

tile products

. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in

Salesforce

or similar

CRM software

is highly desirable. Excellent

leadership abilities
