About the Team
The Account Manager is an entry-level role within the Global Accounts Management team, designed as a progression from the Sales Development Associate (SDA) position. This role offers increased responsibility in managing client territories, achieving retention targets, and supporting overall revenue growth.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Manage a designated territory of clients, ensuring regular engagement and support, client retention, and implementing strategies regarding client growth.
Achieve retention targets by delivering exceptional client service and value.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to discuss progress, gather feedback, and plan for future growth.
Ensure all client interactions are documented in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Conduct client calls and meetings, aiming for consistent monthly engagement.
Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Work closely with Account Managers, Specialists, and Marketing to execute campaigns and support cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
You May be a Good Fit if You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Associate or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on client success
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
