About the Role



We're looking for a dynamic and driven

Account Manager & Growth Executive

to join our team. This hybrid role blends the relationship-building strengths of account management with the strategic focus of customer success and the commercial edge of internal sales support. You'll be the go-to person for nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the sales team with lead generation and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management

: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Account Management:

Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, drive adoption, and ensure they're getting maximum value from our solutions.

Sales Support

: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, and support lead generation efforts.

CRM Management

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, track client interactions, and generate reports.

Lead Generation

: Research and qualify new leads, support outbound campaigns, and contribute to pipeline development.

Internal Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client feedback is heard and acted upon.

Initiative & Growth

: Take ownership of projects, suggest improvements, and actively seek opportunities to grow within the role.

Requirements



Proven experience in

Account Management

,

Customer Success

, or

Sales Support

roles. Strong working knowledge of

CRM systems

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Energetic, proactive, and

initiative-driven

with a passion for client success. Highly

organised

with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Exceptional

attention to detail

and communication abilities. Demonstrated experience in

lead generation

and sales pipeline support. A growth mindset and desire to develop professionally within the company.
