Job Description

Earthmill is a specialist in the operation, maintenance, and management of small and medium scale wind turbines. We operate on a national basis through a network of engineering depots and from our head office which is based in Harrogate. Earthmill is part of the Arena Capital Group which manages a fleet of over 1,000 wind turbines and multi-megawatt solar assets.

The successful candidate will play a key part within the continued expansion of this business. We intend to be the best at what we do by providing exceptional levels of customer service and being a great place to work.

The role involves dealing with one of our key wind turbine client accounts who's turbines are based throughout the UK. You will provide customer support and communications regarding all their service and maintenance needs. You will report to the customer services and technical support manager and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.

Ideally you will have a background in customer services and client support and have an interest in engineering generally, however, it is not essential, as a can do attitude goes along way. There will be job specific training given from the start of your Earthmill journey.

Responsibilities:

Customer services and client communications. Office based technical support in the operations & maintenance team. Assist with the communication and management of planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance. Processing of scheduled, unscheduled and major project jobs - extraction of relevant information and actioning appropriately. Updating the client specific database and software systems. Project work as required and dictated by the business. Working with finance team on any queries raised about billing or work done. Maintain the CRM system and business specific IT applications. Assisting with wind turbine audits. Wind turbine availability analysis and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500.00 per year
