We're a small but mighty branded merchandise company, helping other businesses bring their brand to life through custom products. We work B2B, supporting clients across industries who want high-quality, well-designed merchandise without the hassle.

The Role:



We're looking for an organised, personable Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and help manage projects from idea to delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things on track, and juggling a mix of creative and logistical tasks. You'll be a key player in making sure our clients are happy, informed, and excited about their merch. This is a full-time position, but part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Salary will be based on experience.

What You'll Do:



Be the main point of contact for clients. Understand client needs and suggest relevant product ideas. Create quotes, process orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Keep track of timelines, deliveries, and client expectations. Stay on top of follow-ups, reorder reminders, and general client support. Help produce marketing materials & campaigns Maintain and update customer records in the database to ensure all information is current and accessible.

What You Bring:



Previous experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles (ideally B2B). Great communication skills - friendly, clear, and professional. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Comfortable using Excel, Word, HubSpot and Xero. Bonus if you've worked with branded merchandise, events, or product-based businesses. A hands-on, can-do attitude - we're a small team, and everyone pitches in. A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37 per week
