Boston Energy, we support some of the world's leading wind energy companies by delivering skilled people and solutions across the full turbine lifecycle. As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an Account Manager with a strong background in offshore wind to help us strengthen customer relationships and expand our market presence.

The Role





As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and securing new business opportunities while also nurturing existing accounts. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships with OEMs and end users within the offshore wind sector, ensuring we understand and meet their staffing and project needs.



This is a customer-facing role that requires frequent engagement, relationship building, and commercial acumen. You'll need to understand the technical language of the wind industry and be able to navigate the evolving phases of construction, commissioning, warranty, and O&M.

What You'll Do




Build and maintain trusted customer relationships, becoming a reliable partner and point of contact. Understand customer goals, challenges, and staffing requirements to deliver value-driven solutions. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities. Support contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring positive and mutually beneficial outcomes. Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and forecasts to inform strategy. Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring a customer-first approach. Develop and execute account management plans aligned with business goals.



What We're Looking For




A proven sales and account management professional with strong commercial awareness. Solid technical understanding of wind turbines and industry challenges. Confident communicator with the ability to engage at both senior and operational levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with a methodical, detail-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex customer demands. Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in business English. Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers.
