Guide customers from first enquiry to delivery of home energy services, providing expert advice and building trust to create an ongoing energy partnership.

As an Account Manager in Energy Solutions you will be our domestic customer's 'Home Energy Partner'. You'll secure leads and guide the homeowners journey from first enquiry, through installation, into aftercare and post-sales. You'll provide expert advice, build trust, and help customers make informed decisions about electrifying their home . You will balance supporting customers remotely, such as via phone or email from the office, with in-person engagements and in-home visits. Your knowledge of our energy services will ensure customers are confident in marking the switch to low carbon electricity.

Key Responsibilities





Manage inbound residential leads and enquiries. Conduct virtual and in-home consultations. Provide tailored advice and proposals. Support customers through the sales process as a dedicated account manager Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up. Generate leads through outbound activities and events. Create long-term connections to support customer's energy saving journey.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Experience in residential sales or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for sustainability and customer empowerment. Organised, empathetic, and results-driven. Expertise in energy and/or domestic properties.
