We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the technology, smart home, interior design, and building services sectors. Now, we're looking for a motivated, creative Account Manager to join our collaborative team and grow with us.

What You'll Do



As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships and campaign execution. You'll:



Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact. Develop and implement impactful PR programmes creating and delivering creative campaigns that align with client goals. Support internal teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Manage budgets and project timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and financial awareness. Contribute to new business efforts, bringing creative ideas and strategic insights to pitches. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating PR with broader marketing disciplines. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person. Think strategically, balancing big-picture goals with attention to detail.

What You Bring



2-5 years of experience in PR or communications (agency experience preferred). A degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong media relations and networking abilities. Knowledge and practical experience of media monitoring, distribution and management platforms. Proven project management and multitasking skills, with an understanding of Asana, Monday.com, Trello or other such solutions. Proficiency in Office 365, Canva, and Adobe tools. A proactive, organised mindset and a passion for public relations.

Note: During the 6-month probation period, this role requires full-time presence in our office (5 days a week).
