The Vendor Relationship Manager (Account Manager) has commercial and operational responsibility for Fosway's research and services with the Vendor community, including core research, delivery of the Fosway Vendor Programme (FVP) and added value services.
Working closely with the Service Delivery and Research Operations Managers you will be the primary interface for all FVP activities, and ensure that their requirements are understood and delivered in line with expectations. In addition, you will link in with our analyst community to ensure we are maximising on additional value-added opportunities, and develop relationships within the wider vendor marketplace.
Responsibilities
Drive Successful Vendor Relationship Outcomes
Primary relationship manager for vendors
Managing the vendors' participation in core engagement and service credit activities
Onboarding of new vendors
Follow vendor management processes and ensuring all supporting documents are maintained and updated in a timely manner
Ensuring all vendor credits are booked and utilised within the annual contract period
Updating and maintaining an accurate contact record system and management reports
Working closely with the Services Delivery Manager to ensure all core engagement and credit based activities are delivered on time, and to quality
Working closely with the Research Operations Manager to ensure effective engagement with vendors in Fosway's research activities
Defining and operationally supporting the vendor relationship management process working alongside the operations and analysts teams
Driving success and engagement scores and feedback through exemplary account management
Supporting Fosway Growth & Strategy
Working with the Head of Operations to develop Fosway's overall market presence and vendor strategy
Build Fosway's vendor market influence and engagement
Attending industry conferences and events to support vendor engagement and identify potential opportunities
Representing Fosway's values and integrity when dealing with all parties
Delivering Commercial Success
Commercial responsibility to deliver year-on-year growth for assigned vendors, by developing deep and knowledgeable relationships, maintaining vendor plans, and identifying opportunities for growth and new Fosway services.
Building and managing Fosway's vendor services, outputs and revenue streams
Timely management and delivery of annual FVP renewals and associated contractual paperwork
Identifying and developing opportunities for chargeable added value services to vendors, especially to those on the FVP
Required Skills and Experience:
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) and understanding of the HR, Talent and Learning technology markets and suppliers
Experience of working with vendor organisations in a marketing or business development role and a demonstrable track-record of delivering account growth
Extensive HR, Talent and Learning market authority, with established corporate and vendor relationships
Experience of developing and maintaining effective senior management level relationship
Experience of working within an Analyst organisation would be an advantage, but is not essential
Excellent understanding of relationship management principles
Strong communication and influencing skills when working with vendors and colleagues to ensure a cohesive & collaborative approach to the successful delivery of all projects
Ability to set and manage priorities, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Highly organised with a demonstrable attention to detail
Self-motivated, results oriented, growth-focused
Excellent written and oral skills and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors at all levels

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
