We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Account Manager to drive client success and business growth. This role is all about building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering high-impact solutions that generate measurable results. You will act as the trusted partner for clients-managing projects from enquiry to delivery-while uncovering new ways to add value, expand accounts, and contribute to revenue growth.
A solid background in POS, Gift Cards, Marketing and Sales will enable you to provide strategic recommendations, influence buying decisions, and position our services as essential to clients' business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring every interaction delivers value, builds loyalty, and drives repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact-cultivating trust, confidence, and long-term partnerships.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our full product and service offering.
Translate client needs into commercially viable strategies, advising on digital marketing, POS, Gift / Loyalty Cards and promotional solutions that directly support their business goals.
Negotiate with suppliers and partners to maximise margins while ensuring top-quality results.
Consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and above expectations-strengthening our reputation as a results-driven partner.
Monitor industry and market trends to position clients (and us) ahead of the competition.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align on growth objectives and client strategy.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in account management or sales roles with a focus on revenue growth.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills-capable of influencing decision-makers.
Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering measurable client success.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven proposals.
A results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, analytics, campaign delivery).
Knowledge of POS, gift cards, retail marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Industry experience in print, marketing procurement, or agency environments.
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to keep projects on track.
