Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the client, ensuring sales opportunities are identified and followed through to meet or surpass assigned budgets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Plan , prepare and cost product offers and presentations for client within the commercial guidelines, identifying their customer needs to maximise sales opportunities. Manage requirement for TV sales presentations and prepare supporting sales media; printed images, VT footage, POS, set props and presenter schedule. Organise client product care and advice information for sales support, training and reference. To organise new inventory code setups for client, as well as maintaining and updating current inventory within internal systems. Attend and positively contribute to client meetings including minute taking and follow up actions. Day to day management of administration team and drivers. Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure SLA are being met.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proven leadership capabilities to guide teams towards achieving sales targets. Proficiency in MS excel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients at all levels. Flexibility to manage client needs including some weekend working requirements.
