Account Manager
to join our team and help us grow.
The Role
This is not a back-office role. We're looking for someone with sales drive, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for sport. You'll start by supporting our sales director and working with a handful of accounts, but quickly transition to managing your own portfolio of clubs and schools.
You'll be the
primary point of contact
for your clubs, making sure their kit orders run smoothly and spotting opportunities to grow the relationship further.
What You'll Do
Win new clubs and schools and bring them on board.
Own those accounts long-term, delivering on their needs and growing their spend.
Act as the main point of contact for each client, coordinating internally with sales, design, and warehouse teams.
Work with a wide range of clients, from Sunday league teams to schools with 1,000+ pupils.
Get out to visit clubs and attend occasional events/matches to support your accounts.
Balance new business sales with long-term relationship management.
What We're Looking For
Proven account management or sales experience.
Strong sales DNA - hungry to win new business, but also able to build long-term trust.
Computer literate and organised.
A love for sport.
Confident communicator, comfortable being the face of the company for your clubs.
Flexible with working hours - occasional evenings/weekends required for events.
What We Offer
Salary:
30,000 - 35,000 per annum
(depending on experience).
Mileage allowance for client visits.
Bonus Scheme after probation period
Company car option after 12 months (performance dependent).
