We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Account Manager will utilise Salesforce to track client interactions and analyse sales data to inform strategies.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Utilise Salesforce to manage client accounts, track interactions, and analyse sales performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any client concerns.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or account management role is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.
