The role




As an Account Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of client projects -- ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You'll be the key contact for your clients, supporting their goals and helping shape strong creative solutions. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you'll build trust across internal teams, manage workstreams smoothly, and help keep projects moving with energy and precision.

What you'll be doing



Leading client communication and building strong working relationships. Understanding client goals and briefing teams to deliver outstanding creative responses. Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects. Supporting strategic thinking with insight into client challenges and the wider market. Presenting ideas and updates confidently -- both internally and to clients. Collaborating with teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.

What we're looking for





Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment. Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines. Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms. A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
