The role




As an Account Manager, you'll be central to the day-to-day running of your accounts -- helping to deliver campaigns that are on brief, on budget and on time. You'll act as the key link between clients and the agency, keeping projects moving while supporting the team in managing financials, timelines, and resource planning. You'll also play a key role in ensuring creative work is rooted in insight and brand strategy, with a clear focus on delivering great outcomes.

What you'll be doing



Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Interpreting briefs, developing proposals and supporting creative delivery. Coordinating resource planning and supporting with estimates, invoicing and client approvals. Creating client-facing materials including briefs, contact reports and status updates. Supporting delivery teams by balancing detail, pace and accuracy across projects.

What we're looking for





Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment. Great communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. Openness to working with clients across regulated industries, including gambling. A calm, proactive approach and a passion for delivering strong creative work. Knowledge of the gaming or sports industry is a bonus, but not essential.
