About you:
Are you passionate about forging strong client relationships and driving business growth? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are key?
As an ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in selling software, with a deep understanding of the legal industry's unique challenges and opportunities. You excel at nurturing client partnerships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with legal professionals is second to none.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for software subscriptions and solutions.
  • Be responsible for developing customer relationships and manage and own the sales process, with the support of presales and consultancy teams.
  • Build good relationships with your customer base and create opportunities for new and additional revenue (Cross-sell and Up-sell).
  • Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently and engage with colleagues in other teams to support clients.
  • Host meetings at all levels with customers, including C-suite.
  • Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • You will have previous experience in a B2B sales role or target-driven account management role.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritise.
  • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
  • Excellent technology skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Experience at working in a large or multi-national Technology company.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself and the team.
  • Ability for occasional travel and overnight stays where required.
