Account Manager

to grow and develop our client portfolio.



Working within a small team, you will be responsible for further

developing and growing our relationships

within a wide range of sectors, including: UK and International retail brands, tech start-ups, educational institutes, charities, industrial and blue chip companies. Excellent thoroughness, accuracy and eye for detail along with strong communication skills, great team ethic and customer service expertise are all essential.



You must be able to offer creative consultancy on a wide range of custom merchandise and branding techniques, inspiring clients in their choice in the latest, best and most sustainable merchandise for their requirements.





You will join an established business in the heart of Leicester's Cultural Quarter, with an excellent working environment and friendly team. We offer a highly competitive salary and pension scheme. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about our service and products and committed to develop them to the highest standard.

Requirements

Essential

Experience in client relationship building. Confident with excellent communication skills. Good standard of written & oral communication skills Can-do attitude with a desire to improve our service within a fast-paced environment Able to manage workload, prioritise tasks and participate in the development team meetings

Benefits

Highly competitive salary: Basic 22,000/year, with OTE of

32,000-42,000/year

Company pension scheme 28 days annual holiday (increasing to 31 days with length of service). Away days, charity partnerships, team social events.
