Your Future Responsibilities
================================
Trusted point of contact for customers and suppliers
Active consulting, support, and development of customers from inside sales
Preparation, follow-up, and processing of offers and orders
Close collaboration with technical teams and field sales in shaping the sales strategy
Cooperation with international suppliers and logistics colleagues
Project management and process optimization
What you bring
==================
Strong English communication skills
At least 3 years of successful inside sales experience
Strong technical affinity and passion for sales
Skilled negotiator with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
High sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a comparable commercial education
Proven success in sales and new customer acquisition
Strong market and industry knowledge (ideally electronics industry)
Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office / common IT tools, including AI tools
