We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account / Contract Manager to join our dynamic team based at our Syston site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention.
You'll be a pivotal player in ensuring professional, responsive, and high-quality support to all clients, partners, and distributors. By working closely with the Head of Customer Service, you'll use your strong communication and leadership skills to facilitate smooth interactions across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless operation from the warehouse floor to the customer's doorstep.
We will prioritise candidates that have Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics experience!
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and distributors through email, telephone, and face-to-face review meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide excellent customer service & maintain high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
Support presentations and meetings with clients to showcase products and services effectively.
Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Utilize your understanding of warehouse processes, contract packing, pick/pack, and distribution to provide accurate information and quickly resolve customer inquiries related to order fulfillment and stock management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in Warehousing, Distribution or Logistics is extremely desirable.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
