THE ROLE
With a hugely busy events portfolio this innovative agency are now looking for an experienced events professional to join one of their leading client accounts! Working across large scale, high profile (and high budget) international events this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
Working closely with the wider team across a range of projects
Managing full event logistics
Working with complex stakeholder groups and internal teams
Ensuring schedules are adhered to and project documentation is complete
Ensuring project timescales are communicated effectively
Supplier and venue liaison and management
Taking full responsibility for elements of the event
Budget management
Onsite management of events
Assisting with reconciliation post event
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates MUST have experience working for an event agency and will not be considered if you do not have this experience. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work within a complex stakeholder group. Candidates must be open to international travel and ideally have a driving licence and access to a car for onsite requirements.
