In this role, you will cover a diverse product portfolio of clinical solutions for hospitals and a global medical education portfolio for medical universities and nursing schools, specifically for our UK and Ireland customer base. Become a key player in our mission to empower institutions with the latest clinical solutions and medical education resources, making a positive impact on healthcare education.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring renewals of subscriptions and retention. This also includes maintaining strong relationships with national organizations (such as NICE) , consortia or other strategic account.Creating and implementing account strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts ( in collaboration with the new sales AM) and develop plans to capitalize on them.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.Understanding client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.Tracking account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or Renewal Specialist, preferably within the healthcare or education sectors.Proven track record of managing a product portfolio, particularly in clinical solutions and medical education, including experience with tenders and framework agreements.Familiarity with or willingness to learn solutions selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller-Heiman.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a record of meeting or exceeding renewal and growth targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior-level executives.Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.If you are interested in the role, please apply with a cover letter and CV.We are deeply committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
